The Ultimate DCT Oil Pan
Fall-Line has engineered a high-performance 6061-T6 aluminum oil pan upgrade for BMW DCT cars, now available to BMW enthusiasts worldwide.
The OEM plastic pan is prone to leaks and relies on a fragile gasket that requires frequent replacement. In contrast, the Fall-Line pan features a custom Viton O-Ring, housed in a precision internal channel. Known for its excellent resistance to extreme temperatures (-20°F to 400°F) and low gas permeability, the Viton O-Ring provides long-lasting durability, eliminating the need for routine replacements.
Designed with internal baffling to prevent oil starvation during high-performance racing, the pan also includes extended radiator fins for enhanced cooling. Unlike other DCT pans that can reduce ground clearance, Fall-Line’s angled design maintains clearance while increasing fluid capacity.
Additionally, the pan offers external ports for AN fittings, allowing for the integration of an extra DCT cooler.
