Unlike traditional lowering springs, the MMR Height Adjustable Sport Spring kit for the F8x M2, M2C, M3, and M4 offers fully customizable ride height adjustments. This kit allows you to fine-tune the height of your car at both the front and rear, enabling you to achieve your ideal stance with precision.
By retaining the original equipment (OE) dampers, whether fixed or adaptive, this solution is far more cost-effective than upgrading to coilovers, while still maintaining the high-quality, durable performance of your Adaptive M or standard factory dampers. Essentially, it offers the best of both worlds. The adjustment process is similar to that of a coilover suspension setup. Four adjustable perches fit beneath the Sport Springs, and with a simple twist on the threaded platform, you can easily adjust the ride height to your preferred setting.
This extensive range of adjustment allows for a lowering of 20-45mm at the front and 10-35mm at the rear, compared to the factory ride height.
The Sport Springs themselves, finished in an elegant MMR Metallic Grey, are progressive rate springs that have been carefully developed with vehicle-specific rates chosen to complement the damper characteristics of the factory suspension.
